WHAT WE DO

We work with the kids twice a week and we always make sure to warm-up and stretch before we start playing. By teaching these habits early, we hope to show kids that being healthy is a lifestyle, not just only when you are exercising. We teach the kids that we all can be active; it just starts with small changes and being aware of what you are doing to your body

We learn about the importance of stretching and getting active.
We let the kids try new things and different sports to find what they really enjoy.

Exercising is no fun if you are doing something you don't love. We strive to show the kids that there are tons of different things they can do to have fun and be active. We do obstacle courses, running, volleyball, soccer, dancing, hula-hooping, jump-roping, and tons of other games to teach the kids that there are so many activites out there to try.

We encourage being postive and trying your hardest to help build self-esteem.

We want the kids to be proud of themsevles and what they do. In order to build that pride, people need to feel like they are improving and doing well. Therefore, we always encourage the kids when they go out of their comfort zone, and we try to ensure that we spend some one-on-one time with each kid every session. We want to build a relationship with every child that lasts beyond the sessions and program so that every child understands that their dreams and passions are important and worth pursuring.

Most importantly, we are playing and working with the kids to have fun and build positive relationships with them! We aim to make sure all of our session are fun for all of the kids and that the Get Moving Campaign is something the kids look forward to each week.

All while having fun!
